Each of our DIY metallic epoxy floor kits are packaged as a three (3) layer system containing a tinted or colored primer/base coat, a decorative metallic coat, including two colors of metallic pigment (the main color and an accent color), and a premium protective aliphatic urethane topcoat.

Under some circumstances, an additional moisture vapor barrier may also be needed depending on the slab and site conditions, in that case, bringing the total number of layers to four (4).
