NEXTECH PRO APC 128 is a single-component, water based, long lasting concrete sealer and water repellent.

APC 128 is a single component, water based, sodium methyl siliconate solution sealer designed to impart water repellency to a wide variety of surfaces. The siliconate reacts with moisture and carbon dioxide in the air to form an insoluble water resistant resin. This product offers low water absorption that is maintained for long periods of time. Even exterior applications with APC 128 show little change in water repellency over a five to ten year period.
RECOMMENDED FOR: Sealing concrete sidewalks, driveways and floors.
CURE SCHEDULE AT (70 Degrees F)
Allow the material to dry for a 24 hour period of
time to obtain the maximum benefits of the
application. This allows the material to react with
available CO2 and moisture and become an integral
part of the substrate.
Application Temperature: 55-90°F
Coverage rate: 100-400 sq.ft. per gallon
Will vary depending on absorptivity of substrate.
Packaging: Available in 1 Gallon, 5 Gallon, and 50 Gallon containers.
