NEXTECH PRO APC 7525 SOLVENT BASED ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING SEALER (Single Component)

APC 7525 is a one component solvent based Waterproofing Sealer and treatment SEALER for application to porous substrates such as concrete or cement for the purpose of preventing the penetration of water. This acrylic sealer offers excellent gloss and the product has a fast set time.

RECOMMENDED FOR: Recommended for sealing concrete or cement. Do not use in immersion service or chemical exposure areas.

CURE SCHEDULE (70 Degrees F)
Tack Free (Dry to Touch) Less than 1 hour
Recoat 1-3 hours
Light Foot Traffic 3-5 hours
Full Cure (Heavy Traffic) 2-3 days
Application Temperature: 60-90°F with relative humidity below 85%

Coverage: 267-534 sq.ft. per gallon @ 3-6 Mil
