APC 631 is a two component low-gloss aliphatic polyurethane water based floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, and UV stability.
RECOMMENDED FOR: Recommended for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangers, cafeterias and chemical exposure areas.
CURE SCHEDULE (70 Degrees F)
Pot Life (150 gram mass) Minimum 1 hour
Tack Free (Dry to Touch) 7-9 hours
Recoat or Topcoat 8-12 hours
Light Foot Traffic 24 hours
Full Cure (Heavy Traffic) 3-5 days
Application Temperature: 60-90 degrees F with
relative humidity between 50% and 90%
Coverage: 320-500 sq.ft. per gallon @ 3-5 Mil
