Primer Coat:
3 - 3 gallon kits & 1 - 1.5 gallon kit (Parts A & B) NEXTECH PRO™ APC 818 LVP is a Pre-Tinted, High Solids, High Build Epoxy Concrete Primer.
Available in Standard Color Tints: White, Off White, Light Gray, Medium Gray, Tile Red, and Beige
Build Coat / Base Coat:
1 - 15 gallon kit (Parts A & B) NEXTECH PRO™ APC 818 is a Pre-Tinted, High Solids, High Build Epoxy Concrete Build Coat Application.
Available in Standard Color Tints: White, Off White, Light Gray, Medium Gray, Tile Red, and Beige.
Broadcast aggregate /natural silica sand: This kit contains 14 – 50 lb. bags of 40 mesh silica sand/quartz (700 lbs.) to be applied at a rate of ½ lb. per square foot.
Grout coat/ Seal Coat:

Standard Topcoat:
Pre-Tinted, Gloss: 1 - 3 gallon kit & 1 - 1.5 gallon kit (Parts A & B) NEXTECH PRO™ APC 433VOC Pre-Tinted, Gloss, High-Performance Polyester Aliphatic Polyurethane Sealer Topcoat. Resulting in a durable, slip resistant coating that is extremely wear resistant. Additionally, this product exhibits excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, and UV stability. Product meets VOC requirements for NY, PA., NJ, and other states as an industrial maintenance coating.
Optional:
1 - 15 gallon kit (Parts A & B) Moisture Vapor Barrier APC 510
APC 510 is a two component 100% solids epoxy seal coat that helps control moisture vapor emission rates up to 20 lb./24hr/1000 ft2 , prior to application of resinous flooring, vinyl sheets, tile, cementitious overlays, terrazzo, wood veneers, carpet or polymeric coating systems. The product meets the ASTM F3010 product requirements for vapor permeance at the recommended thickness.
