NEXTECH PRO™ APC 121 is a CLEAR, two component, water based, high-performance epoxy primer sealer that has outstanding characteristics that rival those of solvent based products.

APC 121 has superb chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and substrate penetration.

RECOMMENDED FOR: Priming or coating concrete or masonry. This product can withstand exposure to many common solvents and chemicals.  

CURE SCHEDULE AT (70 Degrees F)
Pot Life (1.5 Gallon) 1-1.5 hours
Tack Free (Dry to Touch) 5-8 hours
Recoat or Topcoat 7-10 hours
Light Foot Traffic 16-24 hours
Full Cure (Heavy Traffic) 2-7 days
Application Temperature: 55-90°F with relative
humidity below 75%

Coverage: 267-320 sq.ft. per gallon @ 5-6 Mil
